Ecommerce Delivery Terms and Returns (Refunds)
When we provide a delivery date and time on the checkout page, a customer's order must arrive to their location within 30 minutes of that anticipated ETA or the customer will be eligible to receive a discount or a refund. All orders must be received by the customer undamaged and timely as food items are perishable. When these conditions occur that render the delivered item as damaged or not fit for consumption, then the customer is entitled to a refund.
The following requirements must be met to qualify for a refund:
Delivery method is advertised on a product detail page.
Order is being delivered to an eligible address.
If the customer order contains items that aren't eligible for guaranteed delivery, then the customer will not qualify for any type of delivery guarantee.
The customer's credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the checkout page.
The delivery guarantee does not apply if we miss the promised delivery time because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm.
An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery time meets our delivery guarantee.
An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee
To inquire about a discount, or a refund of delivery fees paid on this order, Contact Us and enter "An Order I Placed.” Then describe your problem with an order > or delivery issues > notification that delivery is late.
More information about Delivery Terms and conditions is available in our Terms and Conditions Document click here. (Link to Terms and Conditions.)
